What materials do you use?
Always 100% cotton unless otherwise specified.

How long will it be till my order is ready?
Our pieces are made to order and production usually takes 1-2 weeks although this can increase during busy periods. Please email prior to ordering for an estimate to avoid disappointment.

Can you make tops for larger sizes?
Yes - sizes above 34DD will incur an extra charge. Please email before ordering.

Do you accept returns/refunds?
Unfortunately as each piece is hand-made to order and delicate in nature, we are unable to accept returns. Please make sure you select the correct size/colour/style and provide us with measurements if you're unsure.

How do I wash crochet?
To be on the safe side, always hand-wash with mild detergent and do not soak. 100% cotton items may stretch with wear - wash in hot water and dry flat to regain shape.
